Overcome your perceived limitations, step out of your comfort zone and see what you can achieve.
Chill Out Challenge Classes:
Attend 24 classes during the 7 week Summer sequence: 19 Dec 2011 – 5 Feb 2012
The challenge works out at around 4 classes per week, as we will be closed for 6 days in total over the summer – All schools closed 23,24,25,26,31 Dec & 1 Jan)
You can attend any classes at any school.
To ensure you really do “chill out”, you must attend at least 4 Meditation classes and 4 Flow classes as part of your total classes.
By taking part in the challenge, you can start 2012 feeling fantastic and enjoy all the benefits of a dedicated yoga practice:
- improved immune system
- increased strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility
- develop a responsive meditative flow practice
- get fit and healthy, stay trim
- nourish yourself from the inside out and increase your vitality
Your Commitment
Your commitment is to yourself, all we ask you to do is register in class, so that we can check at the end of the 7 weeks that you have accomplished the challenge.
You don’t need to change the payment system you are on, nor do you need to commit to the unlimited class packages.
