I’m really inflexible - can I still do yoga?
Of course you can! Yoga is for everyone. We have lots of modifications to make it easier for you when you start and one of the great benefits of practicing yoga is that you will gradually become more flexible. Yoga is not just about being flexible, there’s a lot more to it than that. Physically its actually a combination of strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Mentally and emotionally it’s about being focussed and “in the present moment”. Some of the greatest yogis are those that can't do every fancy pose!
