I am a current member of Yoga Synergy. Can I stay on the old payment system after February 7, 2011?
In order to enable students to attend classes more often and to provide better flexibility and pricing, we have changed our payment system. If you hold a Yoga Synergy membership prior to February 7, 2011 you are entitled to stay on the old payment system until your membership expires. Under the old system, there will be a $1 increase per class.
On expiry of your membership, the old system will not be renewed. We encourage you to join the new system as outlined above - there are no more membership fees. If you are a regular student, the Unlimited Classes Recurring Transaction plan over a minimum of 6 months will be the best option for you. However if you are not able to come to class so regularly then the 10 Class Pass will suit you better. If you practice regularly but don't want to commit to 6 months, then you may want to try the 4 weeks Unlimited pass.
You can convert to the new payment system anytime and we will transfer your remaining credit as well as your free Birthday class (value $16) if you haven't received it yet.
If you choose not to upgrade to the new system at this time we would encourage you to keep your account in credit. This facilitates quick log-ins before class. These funds remain yours and can be refunded at any time (please call us (02) 9389 7399 to arrange any credit transfers).
Further, we offer you a free class to encourage you to make a $200 deposit to your account online (offer not available for in class deposits, account credit must not be in negative). All you need is your Yoga Synergy username and password (if you don’t have these details please email us at yoga@yogasynergy.com).
