We really encourage ALL students to stay for the entire duration of the class to experience the full effects of your yoga practice, as Savasana (relaxation time at the end) is as important as the sequence of poses themselves. However, if there is something imperative that you must leave a few minutes early for, then please let the teacher know at the start of your class (when logging in) and they will advise you of a good time to leave which will be least disruptive to the class and also safe time to end your practice.
