Level 3
Explore advanced asanas, bandhas and pranayama with Simon Borg-Olivier. Students must be familiar with the Yoga Synergy style understand how to work appropriately and intelligently with awareness of body and mind. It is expected that you attend the class every week to understand the progression towards the flow through practice. We recommend you come to at least two other classes in the week so that you get the maximum benefit from this level.
Morning classes: Get your body moving in the morning and feel good for the rest of the day! An informative, exciting and energising class for regular yoga practitioners.
