Meditation
Meditation is for everyone, you don’t need to begin with a still mind to start the practice and experience the benefi ts of reduced stress, a greater sense of calm, and develop the qualities of patience, surrender, equanimity, compassion, clarity, non-judgement, stillness, trust and acceptance. Classes are non-religious and non-sectarian and will explore a variety of styles to allow you to cultivate a practice best suited to your needs. Beginners and experienced practitioners welcome.
